1. New Strachan 6811 30 oz cloth to be installed on Table 2(T2) of Dadar Club. This includes reclothing all 6 cushions of T2 with the new cloth.
2. Pockets of T2 to be tightened to match IBSF tournament templates similar to how it was last done on adjoining Table 3.
3. Leveling of T2 to be checked and adjusted as applicable to ensure true roll.
4. Old cloth on T2 to be returned to the Club.

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
Respecting the request of some of the members, Managing Committee would like to make the following changes in its E.O.I. dated 01st November 2018.
Dadar Club intends to carry out Forensic Audit for following periods defined below:
a) Date of commencement of construction of the new building in 01st April 2007 till 31st December 2013.(Ref.No-DC/016/18-19)
b) 1st January 2014 to 2nd July 2017. (Ref.No-DC/017/18-19)
Expression of interest is sought from reputed firms / Chartered Accountants with Forensic audit experience in two separate bids for a & b above with the time period of completion and individual prizes exclusive of taxes and duties which shall be mentioned along with the terms of payment for each one of them.
Those with DISA certification by ICAI and experience in construction related Forensic Audit would be preferred.
Scope:
1. Scrutinize and verify the expenditure approved /paid by the Managing Committee & Trustees.
2. Scrutinize Minutes of Meetings, Resolutions, Budgets, and Accounts, Status report etc. to ascertain whether the activities / expenditure/actions carried out are in conformity with the decisions taken and the systems and processes in place at that point in time.
3. Investigate and check cost estimates, comparative quotes and the legitimacy of cost overruns to ascertain irregularities and inflated expenditure.
4. Investigate and check Agreements with contractors / vendors / professionals / service providers to ascertain irregularities, if any, and whether related parties were involved with a view to list all transactions which could fall in the category of avoidance transactions.
5. To review financial statements of the Club during the construction of the new building of Dadar Club for Ref no DC/016/18-19.
6. All the required documents and information shall be provided to facilitate the audit. The club shall facilitate the interaction with members/ vendors and others as required by the auditor.
7. The bids should be submitted in two separate sealed envelopes on or before 30th November 2018, between 11am and 6pm at the Club's office on the 5th floor. The bids shall contain detailed quotation based on the scope.
8. The envelope should be superscribed "Quotation for forensic Audit" and addressed to Joint Secretaries, Dadar club, Lokmanya Tilak Colony , Lane no 3 , Dadar (E), Mumbai 400014, mentioning on the Ref No on the envelopes.

E.O.I. Solar Water Heating Systems
REF No - DC/004/18-19
Sealed tenders are invited for supply and installation of solar water heating systems having a capacity of 1500 lpd.
All the interested bidders are requested to visit the site and understand the scope of the work and collect the tender documents from the office of the dadar club (5th floor) from 24rd june 2018.
Work is to be completed in 60 days.
Last date of submission of filled tender documents is 07/07/2018.
The tenders will be opened on the same day at 18:00 hours or any other time convenient to the managing committee members of dadar club, dadar.
All bidders are hereby notified that dadar club reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason whatsoever thereof.
Important Terms & conditions to note before quoting the rates
1. Guarantee/Warranty: The Solar water heating systems supplied by you against this order shall be warranted against any manufacturing defects for a period of 24 months from date of completion of Supply Installation, testing and commissioning of the system and handing over to the Club Authorities. You shall be liable to rectify any defects that may be found in the material or due to faulty design or replace unsound material free of cost.
2. The Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) should be 5 years for all the 5 year the value of AMC is flat rate only and AMC will start after completion of initial 2 years warranty period.
3. The amount of AMC will be paid on quarterly basis after successful completion the satisfactory service during the quarter of service.
4. The AMC charges per system per year plus service tax extra will be paid after warranty period of two years with twelve services in a year apart from any number of breakdown calls with a response period of 3 hours on receipt of complaint and faulty will be rectified within 24 hours.
5. Failure to repair/service the equipment in question within 24 hours without justifiable reason or to return the repaired part of the system within two days at the maximum may entitle proportionate deduction in the bill in respect of the total period.
6. AMC including painting of complete structure used in Solar Water Heater (SWH) system shall be done once in every year at no extra cost.
7. AMC including De-Scaling of complete SWH system shall be carried once in every year.
8. Any spare parts such as Air release valve, Rubber washer, Temperature gauges and any such minor spare shall be replaced by vendor at no extra cost.
9. AMC includes 12 services in a year to clean solar water heating panels. This Service will include Professional Cleaning & Application of Dust Resistant Antistatic Chemical to prevent dust on the Solar Water Heater Panel absorb more Heat.
10. If the work is found unsatisfactory or if the firm dishonors' the contract, the job will be entrusted to any other firm /party at the risk/expense of the contractor.
11. At the time of installation of solar water heating systems(SWH) related civil works like plastering , finishing , removal of debris /waste material , making supports of SWH and any other work as required by site conditions etc. to be done by the contractors without any extra cost.
12. All repairs and patch works shall be neatly carried out to match with the original finish.
13. All the debris due to the installation of SWH shall be cleared every now and then and site shall be kept clean by the supplier at all times.
14. The supplier shall be invariably submit the detailed technical literature/ brochure etc. along with general and mandatory documents.
15. The Dadar Club reserves the right summarily to terminate the contract at any time without assigning any reason. In this connection, the decision of the Dadar Club shall be final and binding on the contractor.
16. Time is the essence of the contract and work is required to be completed in all respects in 45 (Forty Five) days from the date of handing over the site.
